摘要
上个世纪九十年代以来,情景学习理论在职业教育领域越来越受重视。在职业教育中运用情景学习理论构建食品专业现代学徒制,符合职业院校培养高素质技能型人才的发展需求。在工作情景中构建实践者共同体,能够让学习者在实践共同体中搭建信念和行为,获取知识和技能,同时为企业个性化地培养了所需的专业人才。基于情景学习理论的食品专业现代学徒制的成功实施,为食品专业开展人才培养提供了建设性思路和实践经验。
Since the 1990 s,situational learning theory has received more and more attention in the field of vocational education.It is in line with the development needs of vocational institutes in cultivation of high-quality skilled talents to construct modern apprenticeship for the major of food with application of situational learning theory in vocational education.Construction of a community of practitioners in the working situation enable learners to build beliefs and behaviors,acquire knowledge and skills,and meanwhile cultivate the professionals needed for enterprises.The successful implementation of modern apprenticeship for the major of food based on situational learning theory provides constructive ideas and practical experience for talent training for this major.
