摘要
针对实验室宽度引伸计跟踪异常导致的r值波动,分析了机械式宽度引伸计在使用过程中产生r值异常的数据特点。采用线性拟合法拟合机械式宽度引伸计测量数据。通过导出试验机拉伸过程中宽度变形数据,拟合r值曲线。利用r值曲线公式减去拟合公式中Δb值方式消除机械引伸计测量误差。该方法结果通过和光学引伸计结果对比,准确性较高。
In view of the r-value fluctuation caused by the tracking abnormality of the width extensometer in the laboratory,the data characteristics of the r-value abnormality in the use of the mechanical width extensometer were analyzed.The linear fitting method was used to fit the measurement data of mechanical width extensometer.The curve of r-value was fitted by deriving the data of width deformation in the tensile process of testing machine.The measurement error of mechanical extensometer was eliminated by subtractingΔb value from r value curve formula.Compared with the results of optical extensometer,the accuracy of this method was higher.
