摘要
采用红外光谱比较了混合型固化剂/环氧树脂体系与单一固化剂体系固化速度的差异,通过非等温示差扫描量热法研究了混合型聚醚胺/环氧树脂体系的固化动力学,采用Kissinger方程、Crane方程确定固化动力学参数,并通过外推法确定树脂体系的固化制度。结果表明,混合型固化剂体系反应4 h时固化程度达到79.4%,较单一固化剂体系,固化速度明显加快。因Crane方程求出的反应级数与实验结果相差较大,故采用线性拟合法确定树脂体系的反应级数为1.694,外推法确定了树脂体系的固化制度为65℃/2 h+100℃/1 h+150℃/30 min。
The difference of curing speed between the mixed curing agent/epoxy resin system and the single curing agent system was compared by infrared spectroscopy.The curing kinetics of the mixed polyether amine/epoxy resin system was studied by non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry.The curing kinetic parameters were determined by Kissinger equation and Crane equation.The curing procedure of the resin system was determined by extrapolation.The results showed that the curing degree of the mixed curing agent system reached 79.4%when reacted for 4 h,and the curing speed was obviously faster than that of the single curing agent system.Since the reaction order obtained by Crane equation was quite different from the experimental result,the reaction order of the resin system was1.694 determined by the linear fitting method.The curing procedure of the resin system was 65℃/2 h+100℃/1 h+150℃/30 min determined by the extrapolation method.
