摘要
为贯彻党中央、国务院决策部署,适应统筹推进新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情(以下简称“新冠肺炎疫情”)防控和经济社会发展需要,建言献策常态化应急物流体系建设,2022年5月6日,由中国物流与采购联合会、中国物流学会主办,《物流研究》编辑部、中国财富出版社有限公司承办的“应对突发事件物流保通保畅稳产稳链(以下简称‘双保双稳’)网络论坛”线上会议成功举办。论坛由中国物流与采购联合会副会长、中国物流学会秘书长、《物流研究》主编贺登才主持。论坛设计了20个选题,邀请了30位行业智库、院校专家和重点物流企业高管,历时4个多小时,从不同角度,结合实际展示了最新研究成果和鲜活案例,产生了一批基础性、应用性、创新性、前瞻性较强的核心观点(后附专家及高管论述)。
In order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,adapt to the needs of the overall promotion of the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic(hereinafter referred to as the"COVID-19")and economic and social development,make suggestions on the construction of a normalized emergency logistics system,the online conference named"Network Forum on How to Ensure Logistics Smooth,Production and Chain Stable in Response to Emergencies(hereinafter referred to as"Double Insurances and Double Stabilities")"was successfully held on May 6,2022 which was organized by China Federation of Logistics&Purchasing and China Society of Logistics,undertaken by the Logistics Research Editorial Department and China Fortune Press Co.,Ltd..The forum was hosted by He Dengcai,the Vice President of China Federation of Logistics&Purchasing,Secretary General of China Society of Logistics,and Chief Editor of Logistics Research.The forum designed 20 topics,invited 30 industrial think tanks,academic experts and senior executives of key logistics enterprises,lasted for more than 4 hours to display the latest research results and fresh cases from different angles and in combination with the actual situation,generated a batch of core ideas with strong foundation,application,innovation and foresight,(experts and senior executives’s statement is attached).
