特高压换流站换流变压器油坑内钢格栅支撑设计 被引量:2

Design of steel grid support in converter oil pit of UHV converter station

摘要 为利于火灾事故时换流变压器油流入储油坑并起到隔火的作用,现阶段正在建设的特高压工程,换流变压器油坑内多采用了上下双层钢格栅方案:铺设底层架空钢格栅放置卵石层,顶层钢格栅供巡视检修用。基于此种布置方案,结合对于格栅可拆卸及耐腐蚀的需求,对格栅及支撑布置的设计进行了探讨,提出了3种格栅支撑方式,从技术性、经济性和施工便捷性等方面对3种格栅支撑方式的优缺点进行了分析。结果表明:换流变压器油坑深度确定应综合考虑油坑基础与变压器基础空间关系、换流变油坑—集油坑—转换检查井—事故油池的排油坡度等;换流变压器油坑内格栅支撑设计应综合考虑各种设备、管道及相应基础的空间关系,提前进行三维设计检查碰撞;3种油坑内格栅支撑方式各有优劣,综合多方面的分析结果,推荐采用混凝土短柱+钢立柱支撑方案。 The UHV project currently under construction mostly adopts the upper and lower double-layer steel grid plate schemein the converter transformer oil pit:the bottom aerial steel grid plate is used to place the pebble layer,and the top steel grid is laid for inspection and maintenance,which would be more conducive to the flow of insulating oil into the oil storage pit and play a role in fire isolation.Based on this layout scheme,combined with the requirements for the disassembly and corrosion resistance of the grille,the design process and precautions of the grille and grid support layout are discussed.The 3-grid support schemes are proposed,and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed considering technicality,economy and construction convenience.The results show:the depth of oil pit of the converter transformer shouldconsider the spatial relationship between the oil pit foundation and the transformer foundation,and the oil drain slope from the converter variable oil pit to oil pit to inspection well to accident oil pool should also be considered.The grid support design in the converter oil pit should comprehensively consider the plane and the spatial relationships between equipment,pipelines and corresponding foundations,and perform three-dimensional collision detection in advance.The 3-grid support schemes proposed in this paper have their own advantages and disadvantages,and concrete short column and steel column support scheme is recommended by considering the analysis results from technical,economic and construction convenience.
