油浸式变压器排油抑制火势影响因素试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 天山换流站"4·7"、宜宾换流站"6·2"火灾事故中油浸式变压器套管或箱体爆裂后,燃烧的变压器油流淌外溢,火势无法及时扑灭造成重大经济损失。目前常用的灭火装置仍有一定局限性。提出了一种及时排空变压器油枕及箱体内的油抑制燃烧变压器油火势蔓延的技术措施,排油管管径大小以及变压器油位高度限制了排油速度,对抑制火势有一定影响。本文选择110 kV、220 kV 2种型号变压器开展了排油试验研究,得出了准确的排油管径、器身油位高度对排油速度、排油时间的影响数据,为准确估算大型油浸式电气设备本体排油时间以及大型变压器主动排油抑制火势蔓延的技术可行性提供数据支撑。 The accidents at Tian shan and Yibin converter stations resulted in the burning transformer oil spilling out after the oil-immersed transformer bushing or box burst,the fire cannot be extinguished in time,causing major fire economic losses.At present,the commonly used fire extinguishing devices still have certain limitations.The study found that draining the oil in the oil pillow and the box of the transformer after the fire of the power transformer can effectively suppress the technical measures of the fire spread caused by the flowing fire caused by the transformer’s rupture and fire.The oil discharge speed has a certain effect on suppressing the fire at the rupture site.This paper selects two types of transformers,110 kV,220 k V two types of transformers conducted oil discharge tests,obtained the accurate diameter of the oil discharge pipe,oil level on the impact of oil discharge speed,oil discharge time data,it provides data support for accurately estimating the oil discharge time of large-scale oil-immersed electrical equipment and the feasibility of technical measures to suppress fire spread by active oil discharge of large-scale transformer.
