地震作用下山地风电场风机塔筒和基础的动力有限元分析

Dynamic research on the wind turbine-foundation in mountain wind farm under the earthquake by the finite element method

摘要 采用有限元软件建立了山地风电场岩石地基-钢混基础-上部塔筒结构的一体化模型,选取2条实际地震波针对频谱特性、加速度峰值、地震动持续时间修正后输入模型,对地震作用下山地风电场风机塔筒和基础的结构动力性能进行研究。分析发现:地震作用下塔筒顶部及中部截面变形具有振荡性,即塔筒截面处于压扁和扩张的反复变化过程中,塔筒中部的截面变形更为剧烈;塔筒底部的截面变形与塔筒中上部完全不同,地震波开始作用时的截面变形振荡不明显,随着地震作用持续时间增加,截面变形振荡效应越加明显;汶川波对风机的影响相对较大。 The model of wind turbine-foundation is built by using finite element software,two earthquake waves revised by spectral characteristic,peak acceleration and the duration of the earthquake are selected to import into the model.Then the structural dynamics of wind turbine-foundation in the mountain wind farm under the earthquake are analyzed.It’s found that deformations at the top and in the middle height of wind turbine are oscillatory under earthquake waves,which means the section of wind turbine is in the situation between squeezing and enlarging.The deformations in the middle height of wind turbine are severer.However,the deformations at the bottom of wind turbine are completely different.Deformations at the bottom of wind turbine are barely oscillatory at the beginning of earthquake waves,then the oscillatory become obvious as the duration of the earthquake increases.The influence of Wenchuan earthquake wave on wind turbine is greater.
