摘要
职业院校培育工匠精神,不仅有助于推动企业发展,也有助于推动品质革命,还有助于推动供给侧结构性改革,这对于实施制造强国战略而言具有重要意义。然而,就目前来看,职业院校在工匠精神培育过程中还面临着校内外环境不佳、师资力量不足以及实践活动受到忽视等诸多困境。对此,职业院校需通过改善校内外环境,深化学生对"工匠精神"的认知;优化师资队伍,保障"工匠精神"培育工作的实施;开展实践活动,引导学生将"工匠精神"外化于行,助力制造强国战略的实施。
The cultivation of craftsmanship in vocational colleges not only benefits enterprises,but also contributes to the quality revolution and supply-side structural reforms,which is of great significance to implementing the strategy of Manufacturing Power Strategy.However,vocational colleges still face many difficulties in the process of craftsmanship cultivation,such as poor internal and external environment,insufficient teacher resources,and neglect of practical activities.In this regard,vocational colleges need to improve the internal and external environment of the campus,deepen students’perception of the"Craftsman Spirit",reinforce the faculty construction to ensure the implementation of the"Craftsman Spirit"cultivation strategy,and guide students to truly embrace the"Craftsman Spirit"through practice.
