摘要
以强化温州地区高校思政力量为切入点,以温州11所高职院校退役大学生为研究对象,对退役大学生参与思政工作的特征要素进行深入调研、访谈,发现温州高校应加强理想信念导向、爱国主义教育、日常行为规范、课外素质拓展、社会实践教育等举措,推进退役大学生融入高校思政工作;并通过构建思政引领的活动平台、创新师生共建的管理模式和打造结构优化的学生组织等措施,为当前温州地区思政教育管理提供创新性管理思路。
By taking strengthening the ideological and political power of colleges and universities in Wenzhou as an entry point,and ex-service college students from 11 higher vocational colleges in Wenzhou as the research objects,we did an in-depth survey and interview on details of characteristic elements of the involvement of ex-service college students and found that colleges and universities in Wenzhou should reinforce such measures as the orientation of ideal and faith,patriotism education,daily behavioral norms,extracurricular quality expansion and social practice education,to prompt ex-service college students to integrate into ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and offered innovative management ideas for the current ideological and political education management in Wenzhou by establishing an activity platform led by ideology and politics,innovating the management mode of teacher-student co-construction and creating student organizations with optimized structures,etc.
