摘要
体育旅游产业融合已成为“十四五”时期产业发展的一项重要方向,因此对现行政策进行梳理与评价对完善与提高我国体育旅游产业融合具有重要的理论与实践意义.以2012—2022年间30部体育旅游产业政策作为研究样本,运用文本挖掘与内容分析方法,参考结合前人研究构建包含9个一级变量、37个二级变量的体育旅游产业政策量化PMC指数模型,对8部具有代表性的体育旅游产业政策进行评价,并构建PMC曲面.研究发现:8部政策在政策时效(X_(2))、政策级别(X_(4))、受领对象(X_(7))方面的一致性程度较高;我国体育旅游产业政策整体设计合理,其中P4、P7、P8为优秀,P1、P2、P3、P5、P6为良好,但仍有较大改进空间;政策评价结果与现实情况符合度较高.
The integration of sports tourism industry has become an important direction of industrial development during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,so sorting out and evaluating the current policies has important theoretical and practical significance for improving and improving the integration of China’s sports tourism industry.Taking 30 sports tourism industry policies from 2012 to 2022 as research samples,using text mining and content analysis methods,and referring to the previous research to construct a quantitative PMC index model of sports tourism industry policies containing 9 first-level variables and 37 second-level variables,8 representative sports tourism industry policies were evaluated,and a PMC surface was constructed.It is found that the 8 policies have a high degree of consistency in terms of X_(2)policy duration,X_(4)policy level,and X_(7)recipients.The overall design of China’s sports tourism industry policy is reasonable,among which P4,P7 and P8 are excellent,and P1,P2,P3,P5 and P6 are good,but there is still much room for improvement;The results of policy evaluation are in line with the actual situation.
