摘要
党的二十大报告指出,“教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑”,国家的发展离不开有理想、有担当、素质全面、创造力强的时代新人。“双减”政策是国家从实现民族伟大复兴的战略高度提出的,旨在有效减轻学生过重的学业负担,发展素质教育,保障学生全面发展。积极心理学在各领域广泛应用为我国“双减”后的基础教育体系改革带来了新的契机,从“双减”政策的价值意蕴出发,探索如何运用积极心理学理论构建“双减”新格局。运用积极教育理念重建育人体系,塑造教育良好新生态,在五育并举的基础上进行五育融合的再提升,将积极心理学思想融入“双减”后教育理念的变革之中,建立多主体育人体系,构筑积极的育人环境。
The world is in a situation of great change that has not happened in a century.The development of the country cannot be separated from the new generation with ideals,responsibilities,comprehensive quality and strong creativity.The policy of"double reduction"is put forward by the state from the strategic height of realizing the great rejuvenation of the nation,aiming to effectively reduce the students'heavy academic burden,develop quality education,and ensure the students'all-round development.The wide application of positive psychology in various fields has brought new opportunities for the reform of the basic education system after the"double reduction"policy.Starting from the value implication of the"double reduction"policy,this paper explores how to use positive psychology theory to build a new pattern of"double reduction".Use the positive education concept to rebuild the education system,shape a good new ecology of education,and further improve the integration of the five education based on the simultaneous development of the five education,integrate the positive psychology into the reform of the education concept after the"double reduction",establish a multi subject sports person system,and build a positive education environment.
