摘要
                
                    炭素焙烧炉火道过烧是影响焙烧炉寿命的重要因素,如何在保证焙烧温度基础上,防止焙烧炉火道过烧,延长炉体使用寿命,是炭素企业节本降耗的重要研究方向。本文主要论述了在炭素焙烧炉温度控制过程中,燃控系统采用变周期燃烧控制方式对焙烧炉防止火道过烧的影响进行分析、探讨,同时对质量跟踪系统在炭素焙烧的综合应用效果及意义上进行分析阐述,并根据其使用效果对今后应用提出建议。
                
                The flue over burning is an important factor which influences the service life of baking furnace.It is an important research direction for carbon plants to cut cost and reduce consumption by extending the service life of baking furnace and preventing against flue over burning in carbon baking furnace while ensuring the baking temperature.The paper mainly describes and analyzes the influence of changeable firing circle control on the flue anti over burning in the firing system during the temperature control process of carbon baking furnace.Meanwhile,the quality tracing system for carbon baking industry is also analyzed from the perspectives of comprehensive application effect and implications,with suggestions made for future application based on its application effect.
