摘要
目的分析气压喷砂磨光法对种植体周围炎症洁治的效果,旨意为相关人员的研究工作提供参考文献。方法本研究选择2019年4月29日—2020年4月29日本院所收治的80例发生种植体周围炎患者为研究样本。现按照感染种植体表面清创方式不同,将患者分为对照组40例以及观察组40例。观察组患者应用气压喷砂磨光设备对患者发生感染的种植体表面现清创,对照组患者应用生理盐水漱口法冲洗种植体。两组患者每周接受1次治疗,连续治疗8次。结果两组患者干预前各项牙周指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,相较于对照组,观察组PD、SBI、mPLI、GI以及CAL值明显更低(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的牙龈沟液体内IL-β以及IL-α浓度水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,和对照组相比,观察组牙龈沟液体内IL-β以及IL-α浓度水平明显更低(P<0.05)。结论实施气压喷砂磨光法能够明显改善种植体牙周指数,同时也减少牙龈液内的IL-1β及IL-1α浓度水平,就此取得治疗种植体周围炎的效果。因而该法值得进一步于临床内推广以及应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of pneumatic abrasive blasting on the cleaning and treatment of peri-implant inflammation,and to provide references for the research work of relevant personnel.Methods In this study,40 patients with peri-implant inflammation were selected from April 29,2019 to April 29,2020.According to different debridement methods of infected implant surface,40 patients were divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the observation group were debridement on the surface of the infected implant with pneumatic sandblasting grinding equipment,while patients in the control group were rinsed with saline mouth rinse.Patients in both groups received treatment once a week for 8 consecutive times.Results There was no significant difference in the periodontal index before intervention between the two groups,P>0.05.After intervention,PD,SBI,mPLI,GI and CAL values were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the levels of il-and il-in gingival crevicular fluid between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of IL-and IL-in the gingival crevicular fluid in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Air blast polishing can significantly improve the periodontal index of implants and reduce the levels of IL-1 and IL-1 in gingival fluid,thus achieving the therapeutic effect of peri-implant inflammation.Therefore,this method is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
