摘要
目的:探讨中心静脉微量泵入高浓度钾治疗危重患者低钾血症的疗效与监测。方法:将66例合并低钾血症的危重患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各33例,治疗组补钾速度为6.66~13.32 mmol/h,对照组为4 mmol/h,两组均进行严密监护与血钾浓度监测,血钾正常时停止补钾。结果:补钾24 h后,血钾浓度治疗组(4.73±0.40)mmol/L、对照组(3.76±0.35)mmol/L,补钾液体量治疗组(240.00±49.77)ml/d,对照组(2400.00±834.39)ml/d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:微量泵入高浓度钾治疗危重患者低钾血症可以在短时间内纠正低钾血症,是安全有效的。
Objective: To explore the curative effect of intravenous infusion of potassium in high concentration via central vein by micro-pump in the treatment of critically ill patients with hypokalemia and monitoring.Methods: 66 critically ill patients with hypokalemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(33 cases for each group).The speed of potassium supplement in treatment group was 6.66 ~13.32 mmol / h and 4 mmol / h in control group.Careful nursing care and close monitoring of serum potassium concentration were carried out in both groups and the supplement did not stop until potassium reached normal level.Results: After potassium supplement for 24 hours,the serum potassium concentration in treatment group was(4.73±0.40) mmol/L and(3.76±0.35) mmol/L in control group;liquid volume of potassium was(240.00±49.77) ml/d in treatment group and(2400.00±834.39) ml/d in control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Intravenous infusion of potassium in high concentration by micro-pump can correct hypokalemia in a short period of time and the method is safe and effective in the treatment of critically ill patients with hypokalemia.
