摘要
针对导弹发射箱气密性失效的问题,从发射箱的结构和气密性设计入手,阐述了发射箱的结构,并对箱体本身的气密性、箱盖和连接管接口的气密性以及其他开口的气密性进行了优化设计。同时,分析了发射箱密封失效的原因,找出了导致密封失效的制造缺陷因素和储运缺陷因素,并提出了一系列密封失效对策和修复方法,如提高箱体密封可靠性、加强密封失效的监测和检测、采用负压吸附检测泄漏和填补空缺等。试验证明,该方法能有效保证导弹发射箱的密封可靠性。
Aiming at the problem that the airtightness of a missile launch box fails,starting with the structure and airtightness design of the launch box,the article expounds the structure of the launch box,and optimizes the design of the airtightness of the box body itself,the airtightness of the box cover and the connecting pipe interface,and the airtightness of other openings.At the same time,the reasons for the leakproofness failure of the launch box were analyzed,the manufacturing defect factors and storage and transportation defect factors causing the leakproofness failure were found out,and a series of leakproofness failure countermeasures and repair methods were put forward,such as improving the sealing reliability of the box body,strengthening the monitoring and detection of leakproofness failure,and adopting negative pressure adsorption to detect leaks and fill vacancies.The test proves that the method can effectively ensure the sealing reliability of the missile launch box.
