摘要
思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,思政课教师队伍建设是高校立德树人的关键所在。文章分析了当前高校思政课教师队伍建设存在师资配备不足、结构不合理、制度建设落后等问题,提出要通过长效机制建设,形成以"六个要"为标准的新时代思政课教师基本素养评判机制、选拔和培养机制、科学合理考核评价机制、完善的保障激励机制等对策,推进新时代高校思政课教师队伍建设的步伐。
Ideological and political theory course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education,and the construction of the ideological and political teaching team is the key to moral education in colleges and universities.At present,there are still some problems in the construction of Ideological and political teaching team in colleges and universities,such as the shortage of teachers,unreasonable structure,backward system construction and so on.Through the construction of long-term mechanism,it is necessary to form the evaluation mechanism,selection and training mechanism,scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism,and perfect guarantee and incentive mechanism of the basic quality of ideological and political teachers in the new era with the"six essentials"as the standard,so as to promote the pace of the construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities in the new era.
