摘要
文章从立项主题、研究内容与研究成果等角度对2007—2017年的国家自然科学基金、全国教育科学规划、教育部人文社科的教育管理类项目开展量化分析与质性研究。结果表明:立项总数呈现先增加后下降逐渐平稳的状态;高校特别是师范院校是研究的主要阵地,发挥着引领和导向作用;"学校有效管理与改进"与"教育管理体制改革"是立项课题最为集中的研究领域;Cite Space突现词表明"就业与创业""治理与改革""校园安全"引领着研究前沿。总体来看,课题立项受社会热点和政府决策的引导;研究内容从宏观向具体易操作方向发展;应用研究有余而理论研究欠缺;研究实力省际差距较大表现为东强西弱。针对以上现象,建议通过统筹规划均衡研究内容、关注弱势地区鼓励跨区跨校合作、鼓励基础理论研究、公开结题报告共享研究成果等举措提升整体研究质量。
The study is based on quantitative and qualitative analysis on the researchtopics,contents and results of National Sciences Foundation,National Education Science Planning,and Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Funds in the field of education management research from 2007 to 2017.The results reveal:The total number of projects has increased first and then decreased gradually;The main project undertakers are universities and colleges;"Effective Management and Improvement of Schools"and"Reform of Education Management System"are the most concentrated research areas;Cite Space Sudden Detection reveals that"Employment and Entrepreneurship","Governance and Reform"and"Campus Security"lead the research frontier.Overall,the projectswere guided by social hotspots and government policies;research contents ranged from macro to micro issues;ahuge gap existed between provinces and regions.To change the status quo,it is suggested that related institutions should balance the research content through overall planning;focus on the weak areas,and foster cooperation between those different regions and schools;stimulate basic theory research;sharethe final report and research results.
