过敏性鼻炎患者尘螨SPT反应强度与血清特异性IgE测定结果比较及相关性

Comparison and correlation of dust mite SPT and serum specific IgE in patients with allergic rhinitis

摘要 目的探讨过敏性鼻炎(AR)患者尘螨皮肤点刺试验(SPT)结果与血清特异性IgE测定结果比较及相关性。方法选取2021年1-12月于东南大学医学院附属南京同仁医院就诊的143例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,检测患者尘螨SPT及血清特异性IgE,并分析其SPT反应强度与血清特异性IgE测定结果的联系。结果143例患者户尘螨SPT和血清IgE阳性率比较、粉尘螨SPT和血清IgE阳性率比较差异均无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.116、2.217,P均>0.05)。143例AR患者户尘螨、粉尘螨SPT结果为阴性时,血清特异性IgE阴性率随着SI增大而降低;SPT结果为阳性时,IgE阳性率随着SI增大而增高,当SI>2.00时IgE阳性率为100%。143例患者户尘螨SPT、粉尘螨SPT反应强度与其血清特异性IgE水平均成正相关(r=0.551、0.560,P均<0.05)。结论尘螨SPT和血清特异性IgE测定在AR患者的检测中有一定程度的正相关,在患者尘螨SPT结果为SI>2.00时可诊断AR,但在SI≤2.00时仍需行血清特异性IgE进一步确诊。 Objective To explore the comparison and correlation between the dust mite skin prick test(SPT)and serum specific IgE determination in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 143 patients with allergic rhinitis who visited our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The dust mite SPT and serum-specific IgE of the patients were detected,and the relationship between the SPT response intensity and the determination of serum-specific IgE was analyzed.Results The positive rates of SPT and serum IgE of house dust mite and SPT and serum IgE of dust mite in 143 patients were not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.116,2.217;all P>0.05).When the SPT results of house dust mites and dust mites in 143 AR patients were negative;the negative rate of serum specific IgE decreased with the increase of SI.When the SPT result was positive,the positive rate of IgE increased with the increase of SI.When SI>2.00,the positive rate of IgE was 100%.In 143 patients,the response intensity of house dust mite SPT and dust mite SPT was positively correlated with serum specific IgE level(r=0.551,0.560;all P<0.05).Conclusions Dust mite SPT and serum-specific IgE assays had a certain degree of positive correlation in the detection of AR patients.AR could be diagnosed when the SPT result of dust mite was SI>2.00,but serum-specific IgE was still needed for further diagnosis when SI≤2.00.
