摘要
【目的】回顾性分析雷火灸辅助治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。【方法】共收集327例突发性耳聋患者的临床资料,根据是否采用雷火灸治疗分为2组,其中对照组(无雷火灸)160例,观察组(有雷火灸)167例。观察2组患者整体方面、听力曲线为全聋型、听力损失程度为极重度的临床疗效及治疗前后听力阈值的变化情况,同时观察2组患者在年龄、病程、有无眩晕及既往外院治疗史等影响突发性耳聋疗效因素下的疗效差异。【结果】(1)治疗后,2组患者整体方面、听力曲线为全聋型、听力损失程度为极重度的听力阈值均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组的降低幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);同时,观察组的临床疗效均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)在年龄<60岁、无伴眩晕、病程≤7 d或>14 d、听力曲线为全聋型(包括听力损失程度为极重度)、有既往外院治疗史的患者中,观察组的临床疗效均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】雷火灸对突发性耳聋患者听力有一定改善作用,且对全聋型突发性耳聋疗效佳。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion adjuvant treatment for sudden deafness.Methods A total of 327 patients with sudden deafness were divided into control group and observation group.A total of 160 patients in the control group had no thunder-fire moxibustion,and167 patients in the observation group had thunder-fire moxibustion.The clinical outcomes included comprehensive efficacy,the comprehensive hearing threshold,and the efficacy for the patients with totally-deaf audiometric curve and for the patients with extremely-severe hearing loss as well as their hearing threshold in the two groups before and after treatment.At the same time,the clinical efficacy in the patients with various age groups,course of disease,vertigo history,or previous treatment history in other hospitals were compared between the two groups.Results(1)After treatment,the comprehensive hearing threshold,the hearing threshold of patients with totally-deaf audiometric curve and the hearing threshold of the patients with extremely-severe hearing loss in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).At the same time,the clinical efficacy of observation group was superior to that of control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).(2)For the treatment of patients aged less than 60 years old,without vertigo,with the course of disease being or less than 7 d but more than 14 d,with totally-deaf audiometric curve and with extremely-severe hearing loss,or with the history of previous treatment in other hospitals,the observation group had stronger effect than the control group,the differences being statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion exerts certain effect on improving hearing of patients with sudden deafness,in particular the sudden totally-deaf patients.
