摘要
【目的】观察骨科外洗方对桡骨远端骨折内固定术后腕关节功能康复情况的临床疗效。【方法】将52例桡骨远端骨折术后患者(均已行切开复位内固定术)随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各26例。对照组给予骨折术后常规治疗及护理,治疗组在骨折术后常规治疗及护理的基础上给予骨科外洗方外洗治疗,5 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后患侧腕关节周径的变化情况,评价2组患者术后腕关节功能恢复情况,并比较2组患者的住院时间与满意度。【结果】(1)研究过程中,有4例患者脱落,最终有48例患者完成全部疗程的治疗,其中治疗组和对照组各24例。(2)治疗后,2组患者的患侧腕关节周径数值均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01),且治疗组患侧腕关节周径数值的减少幅度大于对照组,组间治疗后及差值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)术后1个月,治疗组的恢复率为91.7%(22/24),对照组为62.5%(15/24),组间比较,治疗组的腕关节功能恢复率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)治疗组患者的住院时间为(7.48±1.60)d,明显少于对照组的(11.67±1.42)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)术后1个月追踪调查,观察组的满意度为97.23%,明显高于对照组的90.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】骨科外洗方可有效促进桡骨远端骨折内固定术后患者患肢的功能恢复,有助于提高临床疗效、缩短住院时间。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Orthopedic External Washing Formula on the rehabilitation of wrist joint function in distal radius fracture patients after internal fixation.Methods Fifty-two patients with distal radius fracture after open reduction and internal fixation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing after fracture,and the treatment group was given Orthopedic External Washing Formula for external washing on the basis of treatment for the control group.Five days constituted a course of treatment,and the two groups were treated for 2 courses.The changes of affected wrist circumference in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,the postoperative recovery of wrist joint function in the two groups was evaluated,and the hospitalization time and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results(1)During the trial,4 cases fell off,and a total of 48 patients completed the full course of treatment,with 24 patients in each group.(2)After treatment,the affected wrist circumference in both groups was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the reduction of affected wrist circumference in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group.The post-treatment intergroup comparison and the intragroup pre-and posttreatment difference comparison showed that the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)One month after surgery,the recovery rate in the treatment group was 91.7%(22/24),and that in the control group was 62.5%(15/24).The intergroup comparison showed that the recovery rate of wrist joint function in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The hospitalization time in the treatment group was(7.48±1.60)days,which was significantly less than(11.67±1.42)days in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)One-month followup after the operation showed that the satisfaction of the observation group was 97.23%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.14%),the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthopedic External Washing Formula can effectively promote the functional recovery of affected limb of distal radius fracture after internal fixation,and is beneficial to enhancing clinical efficacy and shortening hospitalization time.
