摘要
赋能慈善组织需要什么样的研究?学界应当以知识有效供给为使命,重视对以基金会为主体的慈善组织及其复杂多样的发展格局加以分析。本文以慈善组织筹款作为发起点,从厘清捐赠动机、激励捐赠行为两个方面阐述学界如何从捐赠人角度破解筹款之难;并鉴于我国个人捐赠热情不高和对慈善事业信心不足的现状,呼吁学界应以"弘扬公益之美"为新立场,在揭示慈善行为"手留余香"上做足文章;最后提倡扎根本土实践,创新使用实验研究方法,为提升慈善学术质量作出贡献。
What kind of research is needed to empower charitable organizations?The academic community of charity should take the ef fective provision of knowledge as its mission,and attach more importance to the analysis of charitable foundations,which take a large share of charitable organizations.It is suggested to make charitable fundraising a breakthrough point and explain how to promote fundraising from two aspects:Clarifying donation motivation and encouraging donation behavior.In view of the low enthusiasm for private donations and lack of confidence in charity in China,the academic community should take the position of"advocating the beauty of public benefits",and further explain that charity brings a win-win situation.Finally,this paper suggests that charity research should take root in China’s domestic situation,use experimental research methods innovatively,and improve its quality.
