摘要
                
                    加强"专业理论基础学习的深度"和"跨学科领域学习的宽度"是创新型人才培养的关键;创新型人才培养的课程体系建设,应降低必修课与选修课的比例,实现必修课的"精"和选修课的"宽";研讨和确定学科专业的经典理论与重要概念,正确指导必修课的课程类别及课程内容是实现创新型人才培养的首要任务;扩大选修课的范围,特别是跨学科的相关领域课程的设置,提高学生自主选课和自主学习的自由度,实现对创新型人才的独立自主学习能力的培养,亦为创造性思维的产生创建有利条件;改变传统课程学习中的教学理念,从"学习和理解"知识向"思考和认识"知识的思想转变,是实现从"专业技术型"人才培养向"创新型人才"培养转变的关键内在因素。
                
                Strengthening the depth of theoretical basis learning and the width of interdisciplinary learning is the key to the cultivation of innovative talents.The construction of curriculum system of innovative talents training should reduce the proportion of required courses to elective courses,realize the"precision"of required courses and the"width"of elective courses.Authors emphasized that,it is necessary to discuss and determine the classic theories and important concepts of disciplines and correctly guide the courses of required courses;the category and content of courses are the primary task for the cultivation of innovative talents;and also,to expand the scope of elective courses,especially the setting of interdisciplinary courses in related fields,meanwhile,to improve the freedom of students’independent course selection and independent learning.Therefore,it is available to realize the cultivation of independent learning ability for innovative talents,and to create favorable conditions for the production of creative thinking.We really need to change the traditional curriculum in learning,and create the new teaching idea,from"learning and understanding"knowledge to"thinking and understanding"knowledge,which is the key internal factor to realize the transformation from"professional and technical"talents training to"innovative talents".
