摘要
目的分析护理干预对患有广泛焦虑症的老年人生活质量的改善情况。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月我院收治的100例患有老年广泛焦虑症的病人作为研究对象,根据抽签法进行分组,将病人分为实验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组病人选择常规药物治疗,实验组在药物治疗基础上加上护理干预,对比两组病人生活质量的改善情况以及焦虑情绪变化情况。结果实验组病人的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异较大(P<0.05);实验组病人的焦虑评分HAMA低于对照组,差异较大(P<0.05)。结论对患有广泛焦虑症的老年人实施护理干预能够有效缓解或消除病人的焦虑心理,从而提高其生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of the elderly with generalized anxiety disorder.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,100 patients with generalized anxiety disorder of the elderly in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the method of drawing lots,the patients were divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with nursing intervention on the basis of medicine.The improvement of quality of life and the change of anxiety were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life score of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the anxiety score of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for the elderly with generalized anxiety can effectively alleviate or eliminate the anxiety of patients,so as to improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
