摘要
本文介绍曾倩教授对“氤氲动静藏泻”思想在中医生殖理论学说方面作出新诠释,并将此思想体系纳入体外受精-胚胎移植分期介入诊疗框架——即:“藏-泻-衡-藏”模式:降调期为前期募集重藏以静,促排期为氤氲前期,主泻以动,移植期为氤氲后期,泻藏制衡,妊娠期为的候既成之期,以藏固胎,四期环环相扣,以胞宫精气血的动静、升降为基础,使藏泻互寓,达到平衡,利于摄精成孕,最终提高IVF-ET着床率及临床妊娠率。
This paper introduces Professor Zeng Qian’s new interpretation of the theory of TCM reproduction.She also has incorporated this thought system into the framework of IVF-ET staged interventional diagnosis and treatment,that is,“Storage,Excretion,Balance,Storage”mode.The descending phase was the follicular recruitment period,and the drug use is characterized by storage and tranquility.The period of promoting excretion is the early stage of the dense period,and the drug use is characterized by excretion and movement.The pregnancy period is the period of successful implantation of fertilization rate,and the primary medication is tocolysis.These four stages are closely linked,based on the movement and fluctuation of the essence,Qi and blood of the uterus,to achieve a balance between storage and excretion,which is conducive to sperm intake and pregnancy,and ultimately improve the implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of IVF-ET.
