摘要
伏邪理论是从发病学的角度研究伏邪致病的病因、病机、发病规律、证候特点及防治规律。韩氏妇科认为免疫性不孕的发病与正气虚衰、精毒与血搏结、积聚日久之伏毒感邪引动等因素密切相关。韩氏妇科治疗免疫性不孕以扶正祛邪为大法,多以消抗灵为主方,扶正、祛邪以消抗;在邪结病痼,形成免疫性抗体时,多以韩氏妇炎汤为主方,力求痰瘀毒并治。韩氏妇科在免疫性不孕的预防调摄中,治未病的思想贯彻始终,力求未病先防、邪伏早治、已病防传。本文结合韩氏妇科诊治免疫性不孕验案,阐述韩氏妇科基于伏邪理论治疗免疫性不孕的临证思路,遣方用药,以期对临床诊治有所启发。
Fuxie theory is to study the etiology,pathogenesis,law of incidence,characteristics of syndromes and prevention and treatment of Fuxie from the perspective of pathogenesis.HAN’s Department of Gynecology believes that the onset of immune infertility is closely related to factors such as the deficiency of righteous Qi,the stagnation of essence and toxins and the blood congestion,the accumulation of poison and the induction of evil.HAN’s gynecological treatment of immune infertility is based on strengthening the body and removing the evils,and most of the main prescriptions are Xiaokangling,strengthening the body and removing the evils to eliminate the resistance.When pathogens agglomerating and the disease is chronic,immune antibodies are formed,HAN’s Fuyan Decoction is often used,and strives to cure phlegm,blood stasis and toxin.In the prevention and adjustment of immune infertility,HAN’s Department of Gynecology has implemented the idea of treating the disease before it has been carried out.This article combines HAN’s gynecological diagnosis and treatment of immune infertility cases,expounds the clinical thinking of HAN’s gynecology in treating immune infertility based on Fuxie theory,and uses prescriptions and medicines in order to inspire clinical diagnosis and treatment.
