摘要
目的:基于“外损理论”探析分期论治老年肺部感染的可行性及优势。方法:将外损理论与现代医学中老年肺部感染的病因病机及治疗理论进行比较和融合。结果:外损是老年肺部感染的关键病机。在老年肺部感染急性期应用解托法或补托法,重视外邪亦不忽视内伤;恢复期应用理脾阴法培补正气,可防止正气虚耗,再罹外邪。结论:应用“外损理论”祛邪扶正是治疗老年肺部感染的关键,急性期应用解托法或补托法,恢复期应用理脾阴法培补正气。
Objective:To explore the feasibility and advantage of treating senile pulmonary infection by stages based on“External Damage Theory”.Methods:To compare and integrate the theory of external damage with the theory of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of senile pulmonary infection in modern medicine.Results:External damage is the key to the pathogenesis of pulmonary infection in older adults.In the acute stage of pulmonary infection in the elderly using the Tuo Method,paying attention to exogenous evil without neglecting internal injury;and in the recovering stage of pulmonary infection in the elderly applying the method of regulating spleen and Yin to pay attention to strengthening the upright,in order to prevent the depletion of vital Qi and the recurrence of exogenous evil.Conclusion:The use of“External Damage Theory”in the treatment of senile pulmonary infection is the key,the acute phase to use the Tuo Method,in the recovering stage to use the method of regulating spleen and Yin.
