摘要
目的:研究血府逐瘀汤联合盐酸胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死(Acute Myocardial Infarction,AMI)患者的临床价值。方法:收集本院2017年12月~2019年12月收治的312例AMI患者的临床资料。根据不同治疗方案分为单一组(n=154,盐酸胺碘酮)与联合组(n=158,血府逐瘀汤联合盐酸胺碘酮),比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能[脑尿钠肽(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)、红细胞C3b受体花环率(Erythrocyte C3b Receptor Rosette Rate,RBC-C3bRR)及免疫复合物花环率(Immune Complex Rosette Rate,RBC-ICR)]、心功能[左室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)、血清胱抑素C(Srum cystatin C,CysC)和肌钙蛋白Ⅰ水平(Cardi-ac TroponinⅠ,cTnⅠ)]、血脂水平[总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(Triacylglycerol,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,LDL-C)]及不良反应发生率。结果:联合组总有效率为94.34%,单一组为76.47%,明显低于联合组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组BNP、RBC-ICR、CysC、cTnⅠ、TC、TG及LDL-C水平均较治疗前下降,LVEF及HDL-C水平均较治疗前升高,且联合组下降/上升程度更显著(P<0.05);两组RBC-C3bRR水平、不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合盐酸胺碘酮治疗AMI患者可提高临床效果,改善患者免疫功能、心功能,调节血脂水平,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective:To study the clinical value of using Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Amiodarone Hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:The clinical data of 312 AMI patients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were collected.According to different treatment options,they were divided into a single group(n=154,Amiodarone Hydrochloride)and a combined group(n=158,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Amiodarone Hydrochloride).The clinical efficacy,immune function[Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),Erythrocyte C3 b receptor rosette rate(RBC-C3 bRR)and immune complex rosette rate(RBC-ICR)],cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),serum cystatin C(CysC)and Cardi-ac troponin I(cTnI)],blood lipid levels[total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was 94.34%,and that of the single group was 76.47%,which was significantly lower than that of the combined group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BNP,RBC-ICR,CysC,cTnI,TC,TG,and LDL-C in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,while the levels of LVEF and HDL-C increased compared with those before treatment,and declining/increasing in the combined group was more significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the RBC-C3 bRR level and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Amiodarone Hydrochloride in the treatment of AMI patients can improve the clinical effect,improve the patient’s immune function and heart function,regulate blood lipid levels,and has high safety.
