摘要
目的研究急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者CA125水平与心功能状态之间的关系。方法选择54例我院所收治的急性心肌梗死患者,另选取54例同期我院健康志愿者,2017年12月至2018年12月作为本研究的时间范围,对比健康志愿者与心功能1级、2级、3级、4级的急性心肌梗死患者CA125水平。结果健康志愿者与心功能1级的急性心肌梗死患者CA125水平具有一致性,P>0.05,心功能2级、3级、4级的急性心肌梗死患者CA125水平高于健康志愿者,组间具有明显差异,P<0.05。结论 CA125水平能够反映出急性心肌梗死患者心功能状态,可作为临床辅助检查项目。
Objective To study the relationship between CA125 level and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods 54 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital were selected, and 54 healthy volunteers from our hospital during the same period from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the time range of this study to compare the CA125 level of healthy volunteers with the level 1, level 2, level 3 and level 4 patients with acute myocardial infarction. Results The CA125 level of healthy volunteers was consistent with that of grade 1 patients with acute myocardial infarction(P>0.05), and the CA125 level of grade 2, grade 3 and grade 4 patients with acute myocardial infarction was higher than that of healthy volunteers(P<0.05). Conclusion CA125 level can reflect the state of cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and can be used as a clinical auxiliary examination item.
