“气火”理论视角下肺癌的中医发生学探微 被引量:4

Genetic Study on Lung Cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Perspective of “Qi and Fire” Theory

摘要 肺癌的发生发展是一个复杂而持续的动态过程。从气火的生理病理阐释气火失调的实质,提出气火失调的主导方面在于火,相火妄动是肺癌发生的原动力,久病气火能量失衡导致“大气下陷”是肺癌发生转移的关键病机。以引火归元、益气升陷为治则分期论治,以阻延本病发生发展,使病情得到“截断阻延”。 The occurrence and development of lung cancer is a complicated and continuous dynamic process.This paper explains the essence of Qi-Fire disorder from the physiopathology of Qi-Fire,and puts forward that the dominant aspect of Qi-Fire disorder lies in fire,that fire is the driving force of lung cancer,and that“atmospheric Depression”caused by the imbalance of Qi-Fire energy after a long illness is the key pathogenesis of lung cancer metastasis.In order to return fire to the origin,the rise of the depression for the treatment of the stage,the disease has been“truncated and reversed”.
