摘要
目的:探究电针“智三针”对血管性痴呆患者疗效、认知功能、神经物质代谢影响。方法:共计纳入血管性痴呆患者116例(2019年9月~2021年7月收治)进行分组研究,分组方法为随机数字表法,分别为对照组与观察组,各58例。对照组患者采取维生素结合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,观察组患者维生素结合盐酸多奈哌齐+电针“智三针”治疗,数据对比:临床治疗效果、治疗前后中医证候(健忘、神情痴呆、肢体麻木、口干等)积分变化及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、认知功能评分(MMSE)变化及日常生活能力(ADL)评分变化、不良反应等数据。结果:与对照组(84.48%)相比,观察组有效率更高(96.55%),P>0.05;治疗前,两组患者中医证候(健忘、神情痴呆、肢体麻木、口干等)积分、hs-CRP及Hcy水平、HDS评分、MMSE及ADL评分比较,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者中医证候(健忘、神情痴呆、肢体麻木、口干等)积分、hs-CRP及Hcy水平、HDS评分、MMSE及ADL评分均改善,观察组患者治疗后中医证候(健忘、神情痴呆、肢体麻木、口干等)积分、hs-CRP及Hcy水平、HDS评分、MMSE及ADL评分优于对照组,P<0.05;对照组1例恶心,观察组1例乏力,1例皮疹,P>0.05。结论:电针“智三针”治疗血管性痴呆效果显著,安全可靠。
Objective:To explore the effects of electroacupuncture“zhi SAN acupuncture”on the efficacy,cognitive function and neurometabolism of patients with vascular dementia.Methods:A total of 116 patients with vascular dementia(admitted from September 2019 to July 2021)were included in the study,and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 58 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with vitamin combined with Donepezil hydrochloride tablets,and patients in the observation group were treated with vitamin combined with Donepezil hydrochloride plus electroacupuncture“wisdom three injections”.Data comparison:Clinical therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome before and after the treatment(forgetfulness,dementia,numbness,dry mouth,etc.)integral change and serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs CRP level changes,changes in levels of homocysteine(Hcy),hasegawa dementia scale(HDS),the cognitive function score(MMSE)and ability of daily life(ADL)score changes,Adverse reactions and other data.Results:Compared with control group(84.48%),the effective rate of observation group was higher(96.55%),P>0.05;Before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes(forgetfulness,facial dementia,limb numbness,dry mouth,etc.),hS-CRP and Hcy levels,HDS score,MMSE and ADL score of 2 groups were compared,P>0.05.After treatment,TCM syndrome scores(forgetfulness,facial dementia,limb numbness,dry mouth,etc.),hS-CRP and Hcy levels,HDS scores,MMSE and ADL scores were improved in each group.The scores of TCM syndromes(amnesia,dementia,limb numbness,dry mouth,etc.),hS-CRP and Hcy levels,HDS scores,MMSE and ADL scores in observation group were better than those in control group after treatment,P<0.05;There was 1 case of nausea in control group,1 case of fatigue and 1 case of rash in observation group,P>0.05.Conclusion:The effect of electroacupuncture“zhi SAN acupuncture”on vascular dementia is remarkable,safe and reliable.
