摘要
目的:探究真方白丸子联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对神经功能恢复的影响。方法:选取我院2019年1月至2022年1月收治的68例急性脑梗死患者。按照随机数字表法分为联用组(n=34,真方白丸子联合丁苯酞治疗)和常规组(n=34,丁苯酞治疗)。对比两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后中医症候积分、神经功能恢复及不良反应情况。结果:联用组治愈及显效例数均高于常规组,且总体有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后中医症候积分均明显下降,且联用组低于常规组(P<0.05);联用组患者治疗后卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:真方白丸子联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效佳,可明显改善脑部缺血情况,促进神经功能恢复。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of using Zhenfang Baiwanzi combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on the neurological function recovery.Methods:68 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in the hospital were selected between January 2019 and January 2022.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into a combined group(n=34,Zhenfang Baiwanzi combined with Butylphthalide treatment)and a routine group(n=34,butylphthalide treatment).The clinical efficacy as well as scores of TCM symptoms,neurological function recovery and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The number of cured and markedly effective cases in the combined group was higher than that in the routine group,and the overall effective rate was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and the scores in the combined group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The score of NIHSS in the combined group was lower compared with that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no statistical differences in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhenfang Baiwanzi combined with Butylphthalide has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and can significantly improve the abnormal status of cerebral hemodynamics and promote the recovery of neurological function.
