干祖望国医大师学科交叉借鉴思想在耳鼻喉科疾病治疗中的应用

摘要医学的发展离不开各学科之间的相互吸收、借鉴、融合。中医学素以“整体观”、“辨证论治”为特点,正弥补了现代医学分科精细却忽视内在融合性的不足。基于此,干祖望教授创新提出了学科交叉借鉴理念于耳鼻喉科临床的重要价值。本文笔者从“巧借皮肤科‘瘾疹’之凉血脱敏治法治疗变应性鼻炎”、“借鉴风湿科“痹证”之祛风胜湿理念治疗声带麻痹”、“参考中医外科‘疮疡’之益气托毒法论治慢性化脓性中耳炎”等多个疾病角度,详细阐述干祖望教授学科交叉借鉴思维及其临床案例。我们认为,借鉴、融合思维的推广,不仅是中医各科发展的重要途经,亦为中西医相互结合、共融为一的根本模式。 The development of medicine is inseparable from the mutual absorption,reference and integration of various disciplines.Traditional Chinese medicine has always been characterized by“holistic view”and“syndrome differentiation and treatment”,which makes up for the inadequacy of modern medicine that is finely divided but ignores internal integration.Based on this,Professor GAN Zuwang innovatively has proposed the important value of the concept of interdisciplinary reference in the clinical practice of ENT.In this article,the author from the perspective of multiple diseases,such as“Creating Allergic Rhinitis by Cooling Blood Desensitization Therapy”of“Urticaria in Dermatology”,“Learning from the Arthralgia of Rheumatology to Treat Vocal Cord Paralysis”,“Treating Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media with Reference to the Method of Replenishing Qi and Supporting Toxin in Sore Outside Traditional Chinese Medicine”,to explain in detail the interdisciplinary thinking of Professor GAN Zuwang and his clinical cases.We believe that the promotion of reference and integrated thinking is not only an important path for the development of various disciplines of Chinese medicine,but also a fundamental model for the integration and integration of Chinese and western medicine.
