介绍了国内扇贝加工情况,分析扇贝各加工工艺及相关装备现状,深入分析行业发展面临的形势与技术难点,掌握目前扇贝加工中装备应用前景与需求,为扇贝加工行业的发展和完善提供思路。
This paper introduces the processing situation of scallops in China,analyzes the processing technique and processing equipment of scallops,analyzes the situation and technical difficulties faced by the industry development,grasps the application prospects and needs of equipment in scallops processing,and provides ideas for the development and improvement of scallops processing industry.
