摘要
针对玉米人工收获剥皮费时费力,以及目前市场上已有的小型玉米剥皮机操作不便,移动较麻烦,剥皮后玉米籽粒和玉米皮散混,分离起来费时费力的问题,研制了5YXP-2型移动式小型玉米剥皮机。该机剥皮干净,效率高,籽粒损失少,每小时可播玉米0.07~0.13 hm^2,大大提高了劳动效率。
In view of the time-consuming and labor-intensive problem of manual corn harvesting and peeling,as well as the problems of the existing small-scale corn peeling machine on the market at present,such as inconvenient operation and movement,and after peeling,corn grains and corn husks are mixed randomly,time-consuming and labor-intensive to separate,a 5 YXP-2 mobile small-scale corn peeling machine is developed.The machine has the advantages of clean peeling,high efficiency,less loss of grains and peeling 0.07~0.13 hm^2 of corn per hour,which greatly improves the labor efficiency.
