摘要
新冠肺炎疫情给高校思想政治工作带来巨大的挑战与困难。传统的工作方式、育人机制亟待转变。高校要打破传统枯燥育人模式,坚持"因时而进",对症下"药",遵循育人规律,提高育人综合素质,搭建各高校学生管理协同工作体系,有效推动立德树人目标的实现。
The sudden epidemic situation has brought great challenges and difficulties to the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.The traditional way of work,education mechanism and quality need to be changed.Colleges and universities should break the traditional rigid education mode,adhere to"advance according to the time",treat the symptoms with"medicine",follow the law of education,improve the comprehensive quality of education,build a collaborative work system of student management in colleges and universities,and effectively promote the realization of the goal of moral education.
