组织场域视角下支持型社会组织赋能资助的行动策略探讨

Exploring the Action Strategies of Enabling Funding of Supportive Social Organizations from the Perspective of Organizational Field

摘要资助不仅是公益领域资源流动与分配的重要方式,也是形塑社会组织间关系的重要途径。支持型社会组织参与推动的赋能式资助,是区别于传统资助模式的策略创新,也引发了对于其运行机制的探讨。G项目聚焦社区可持续环境建设的议题,探索构建基金会+支持型社会组织协同赋能社会工作服务机构的路径,形成了动员多元主体参与、开展组织能力建设、搭建伙伴互动的平台、实施行动研究与倡导等策略。基于组织场域的理论视角,该资助模式的创新之处在于构建了紧密互动的伙伴关系,并在互动场域中实现了组织学习、协同行动、情感支持等,使得场域迈向了结构化。实践表明,在这个过程中受资助社会工作服务机构形成了共享的文化意义系统:受资助社会工作服务机构遵从环保使命与提升专业能力,既发挥了支持型社会组织的功能与优势,也有助于受资助社会工作服务机构的资源获取、议题拓展、能力提升和组织发展。 Funding is not only an important way of resource flow and distribution in the field of public welfare,but also an important way to shape the relationships between social organizations.The enabling funding,promoted by supportive social organizations,is a strategic innovation that distinguishes itself from the traditional funding model.This has triggered the discussions about its operational mechanisms.The G Project focuses on the issue of community sustainable environmental development,exploring the path of building a foundation+supportive social organizations to empower social work service institutions.It forms strategies such as mobilizing diverse participants,building organizational capacity,establishing interactive platforms,and implementing action research and advocacy.From the perspective of organizational field theory,this innovative funding model has established close partnership relations and promoted organizational learning,collaborative action,and emotional support,advancing the structuring process of the field.Practice has shown that funded social work service organizations have established a shared cultural meaning system in this process.This involves adhering to an environmental mission and enhancing professional capabilities,not only highlighting the role and advantages of supportive social organizations but also facilitating resource acquisition,issue expansion,capability enhancement,and organizational development.
