摘要
在隧道施工中,常规仰拱施工方法很难及时跟进掌子面的开挖进度,这样就会导致二衬等后续工序相应滞后,在保证工期的情况下,隧道施工很难在规定的安全距离范围内进行。为了解决这一问题,设计一种隧道仰拱施工移动台车,经过工程实际应用,表明该移动台车及相应的施工工艺技术可行、经济合理,具有推广应用的价值。
In tunnel construction,it is difficult for conventional invert construction methods to follow up the excavation progress of the palmtop surface in a timely manner,which may lead to the corresponding delay of secondary lining and other subsequent procedures.In addition,it is difficult to carry out tunnel construction within the specified safe distance when the construction period is guaranteed.In order to solve this problem,a mobile trolley for invert construction of tunnel was designed.Through practical application,it was proved that the mobile trolley and the corresponding construction technology were feasible,economical and reasonable,and had the value of popularization and application.
