摘要 甲介山特大桥结构形式为钢混组合桥梁结构,该桥为上跨地方道路、尾矿库而设,全长1.68km,其截面高,跨度大,桥址地形陡,设备运转困难,安装高度较高,为施工带来了许多困难。文章结合工程中出现的重点难点,结合工程实际,从高支墩钢梁吊装工程中常见问题展开论述,系统地介绍高支墩大跨度构件施工中注意的几项内容。 Jiajieshan Bridge is a steel-concrete composite bridge structure.The bridge is built for the overpass of local roads and tailings reservoirs.Its length is 1.68 kilometers.Its cross-section is high,its span is large,the terrain of the bridge site is steep,the equipment is difficult to operate and the installation height is high,which brings many difficulties to the construction.Jiajieshan Bridge is a steel-concrete composite bridge structure.The bridge is built for the overpass of local roads and tailings reservoirs.Its length is 1.68 kilometers.Its cross-section is high,its span is large,the terrain of the bridge site is steep,the equipment is difficult to operate and the installation height is high,which brings many difficulties to the construction.Combining with the key and difficult points in the project and the engineering practice,this paper discusses the common problems in the steel beam hoisting project with high piers,systematically introduces several points of attention in the construction of large-span components with high piers.
