新站互通A匝道桥在极小半径大横坡窄路面联络线上运梁方案设计 被引量:1

摘要 国内运梁炮车对运梁通道的标准要求高,即纵坡小、横坡小、路面宽。但是贵州新建的山区高速公路的线位高,高速公路与地方道路之间联接线的高差大、回头弯较多(横坡大、曲线半径小、路面窄),为联接线上T梁的运输带来极大的困难,甚至无法运输。论文结合新站互通A匝道桥联接线梁片运输问题,提出了在回头弯设置人字形运梁转换平台,成功解决了在极小半径下无法运梁的问题,避免增设梁场,极大地节约了成本。通过应用该方法大大降低了新建小梁场的费用,降低管理的成本和难度。 The standard requirement of China's beam transportation gun car for beam transportation channel is high,that is,the longitudinal slope is small,the transverse slope is small,and the pavement is wide.However,the new mountainous highway in Guizhou has a high line position,the connecting line between highway and local roads has a large height difference and many hair pin bends(large-transverse-slope,small-radius and narrow pavement),which brings great difficulties to the transportation of T-beam on the connecting line,and even cannot be transported.Based on the problem of beam transportation of A ramp bridge connecting line of Xinzhan interchange,the paper puts forward to set up a herringbone beam transportation transfer platform in the hair pin bend,which successfully solves the problem that the beam cannot be transported under the small-radius,avoids the addition of beam yard,and greatly saves the cost.By using this method,the cost of new beam yard is greatly reduced,and the cost and difficulty of management are reduced.
