摘要
天府机场站底板施工期间处于夏季高温雨季,因施工场地受限,按常规方法采用地泵、汽车泵浇筑,混凝土浇筑时间将远远超过40h,必须经历温度高达38℃以上的白天,使入模温度偏高,严重影响大体积混凝土施工质量。采用溜管快捷施工,浇筑速度可达460m^3/h,在夏季高温雨季且施工场地有限的情况下,夜间12h可完成浇筑,保障工程施工质量和工期。
The construction of Tianfu Airport Station floor is in high temperature and rainy season in summer.Due to the constraints of construction site,ground pumps and automobile pumps are used to pour concrete according to conventional methods.The pouring time of concrete will be much longer than 40 hours,and it must undergo the day when the temperature is over 38 degrees Celsius,so that the temperature of injection moulds is on the high side,which seriously affects the quality of mass concrete construction.With the rapid construction of slide pipe,the casting speed can reach 460 m_/h.In the summer high temperature and rainy season and the construction site is limited,the casting can be completed in 12 hours at night,so as to ensure the construction quality and time limit.
