摘要
在大型高层建筑施工中,超深的桩基础工程给施工增加了很大的难度,桩基在施工过程中的井口标高与桩顶标高难以精准控制,往往出现差值过大、材料浪费严重的情况,是目前大型高层建筑桩基础施工中的一个技术难题。结合工作实践,分析研究了超深空桩钻孔灌注桩桩顶标高控制不精准的原因,通过改进与创新,采用薄壁声测钢管加工成的探管控制技术准确控制混凝土桩顶标高,取得了良好的效果。
in the construction of large-scale high-rise buildings,the Super deep pile foundation project has increased the difficulty of construction,and the wellhead elevation and top elevation of pile foundation are difficult to control accurately during construction,and the difference is often too large and the material waste is serious.It is a technical problem in pile foundation construction of large tall buildings.Based on the work practice,this paper analyzes and studies the reasons for the inaccuracy of the top elevation control of the bored pile perfusion pile.Through improvement and innovation,the pipe control technology of thin wall acoustic measuring steel pipe is used to accurately control the top elevation of concrete pile.Good results have been achieved.
