建筑脚手架振动检测方法研究

摘要 在大型抽水蓄能电站的建设过程中,扣件式钢管脚手架是施工人员最重要的作业平台之一,一旦因直角扣件松脱、断裂而发生倒塌,将会造成群死群伤的重大事故。为建立快速检测脚手架直角扣件松动情况的方法,以文登抽水蓄能电站现场的斜坡脚手架为研究对象,对无直角扣件失效和不同数量的直角扣件失效下的脚手架立杆进行振动信号采集,通过时域及频域分析,得到脚手架立杆在不同工况下的第1阶振动频率。结果表明,直角扣件的失效会影响脚手架立杆的第1阶振动频率,随直角扣件松动数量的增加,相应立杆振动频率呈下降趋势,且下降趋势较明显,为脚手架直角扣件损伤识别提供参考。 In the construction process of large-scale pumped storage power stations,the most important operating platform for construction workers is the fastener-type steel pipe scaffolding.In order to establish a method for quickly detecting the looseness of scaffolding right-angle fasteners,the scaffolding scaffold at Wendeng Pumped Storage Power Station site is used as the research object,and vibration signals are given to the scaffold poles without the failure of right-angle fasteners and the failure of different numbers of right-angle fasteners.The first-order vibration frequency of the scaffold pole under different working conditions was obtained through analysis in time and frequency domain.The results show that the failure of the right-angle fastener will affect the first-order vibration frequency of the scaffolding pole.As the number of right-angle fasteners increases,the vibration frequency of the corresponding pole decreases,and the decline is more obvious.
