摘要
强夯是采用重型夯锤夯实加固地基,提高其地基承载力。宝坪高速公路黄峪沟内高填路基采用强夯施工技术,对强夯前的路基场地予以整平,采用液压履带式起重机对高填路基分层强夯处理。通过试验区代表性的强夯试验数据来确定强夯施工参数,夯痕彼此重叠搭接,夯坑周围没有明显隆起,强夯减小了高填路基的工后沉降,达到了预期的质量、安全和进度目标,可以在后续施工中推广和使用该项施工技术。
Dynamic compaction is to use heavy rammer to tamp and strengthen the foundation and improve its bearing capacity.The high-fill subgrade in Huangyugou of Baoping Expressway adopts dynamic compaction construction technology to level the subgrade site before dynamic compaction,and adopts hydraulic crawler crane to carry out layered dynamic compaction treatment on the high-fill subgrade.The dynamic compaction construction parameters are determined by the representative dynamic compaction test data in the test area.The tamping marks overlap and overlap with each other,and there is no obvious uplift around the tamping pit.Dynamic compaction reduces the post-construction settlement of the high-filled subgrade,and achieves the expected quality,safety and progress goals.The construction technology can be popularized and used in subsequent construction.
