摘要
以20年左右为一个周期,改革开放以来全国各地的第二轮大规模修志工作即将结束,并将进入第三轮修志周期。在两轮修志转换的关键期,如何从"难点与问题"这个重要视野,通过总结二轮修志工作经验,从理论探讨中发现问题,在学术研究层面上提炼规律,对推进三轮修志工作,以致对促进全国地方史志事业发展至关重要。
Taking two decades or so as a cycle,the second round of massive countrywide local chronicles compilation is about to end,ushering in the third round. In this critical transition period,from the important perspective of tackling"difficulties and problems,"efforts should be made to summarize the experience of the second round,identify problems through theoretical discussion and sum up rules on the academic research level,which will significantly drive the third round of local chronicles compilation and even the development of the local chronicles compilation undertaking of China.
