摘要
在线教育服务行业的资本化进程逐步加速,但在线教育机构的综合表现仍不成熟。行业资本化是利弊互现的过程:一方面,资本化促进了市场理念和运作方式发挥优势,助推在线教育涌现新理念、新技术和新方法,不断提升受教育者收益和社会教育发展水平;另一方面,深度资本化对教育价值观念、教育秩序和行业发展前景等产生冲击,使教育活动暴露在各类风险之中。因此,政府对在线教育资本化应当采取审慎的包容态度,通过科学研判、监督管控和加强引导实现趋利避害。
Although the capitalization process of online education service industry is gradually accelerating,the comprehensive performance of online education institutions is still immature.The capitalization of the industry is double-edged.On one hand,the capitalization not only expands the advantages of marketing concept and models of operation,but also boosts the emergence of new concept,new technology and new methods on online education,continuously enhancing the gains of educators and the development of social education.Meanwhile,the deep capitalization has a great impact on educational values,educational order,and the prospect of education,which makes educations activities be exposed to all kinds of risks.Therefore,the government should adopt a prudent and inclusive attitude towards the capitalization of online education and make use of advantages and avoid disadvantages by scientific research,supervision and guidance.
