摘要
多角度毫米波合成孔径雷达(SAR)系统是一种新体制SAR系统,它综合了毫米波SAR系统和多角度体制的优点,能够兼顾获取高分辨率和高质量SAR图像。本文对多角度毫米波SAR成像处理方法与图像处理方法进行研究,阐述了基于GPU并行处理的后向投影(BP)成像算法,给出了基于生成式对抗网络(SRGAN)的超分辨算法、基于YOLOv4和注意力机制的动目标检测算法和基于相干融合的旁瓣抑制方法,并结合真实数据分别验证其有效性。最后,对多角度毫米波SAR技术的新方法与新应用进行了总结与展望。
As a novel synthetic aperture radar(SAR)system,the multi-angle millimeter-wave SAR system combines the advantages of the millimeter-wave SAR system and the multi-angle SAR system,and can obtain SAR images with high solution and high quality.In this paper,imaging methods and image processing methods for multiangle millimeter-wave SAR are reviewed.The back projection(BP)algorithm based on graphics processing unit(GPU)parallel processing is described.The super-resolution(SR)algorithm based on generative confrontation network(GAN),the moving target detection algorithm based on YOLOv4 and attention modules,and the sidelobe suppression algorithm based on coherent fusion are presented.Furthermore,the effectiveness of the methods is verified experimentally with real data,respectively.Finally,the new methods and new applications of multi-angle millimeterwave SAR technology are summarized and prospected.
