摘要
台头村是一个有着浓厚文化传统与独特地域标识的胶东沿海村庄、学术名村。近代以降,在“现代性”价值的冲击下,台头村人开启了由传统向现代的治理转变,成为华北沿海乡村快速现代化进程中的一个典型。从日常生活史“生活—制度”的视角出发,探究台头村人在治理图景中的“知、行、感”,可以发现其经历了民国时期的“非个体性”治理、集体化时期的“依附性”治理和改革开放以来的“自主性”治理三个阶段,凸显出鲜明的时代底色和地域特质。其中,既有村庄对地域文化传统的自觉调适与割舍,又不乏村民对“现代性”的能动更新与迎拒。在台头村的百年治理流变中,坚持乡村民众的主体性地位、尊重乡村文化传统与提升“现代性”引领质效,构成往昔对于新时代社会治理之历史启示。
Taitou village is a famous academic and coastal village of Jiaodong area that with a strong cultural tradition and unique regional identity.Since the modern times,under the impact of the value of“modemity”,the people ofTaitou vllage began the govermance transformation from traditional to modern.It has become a typical model in the process of rapid modernization of the coastal villages in North China.From the perspective of“life-regulation”with the history of daily life,to explore the“knowledge,action and feeling”formed by the people of Taitou village in the govermance prospect.It went through three stages that experienced“Non-individual”govemnance in the Republic of China,and“dependence”govemnance in the period of collectivization,and“autonomous”governance since reform and opening up.It shows a distinctive background and regional characteristics of the times.They both have the conscious adjustment also abandonment of regional cultural traditions and have the dynamic renewal also rejection of modermity.Under the Change of the century govermance,persists in the subjective status of the rural people,respects rural cultural tradition and promote“modernity”effects,constituting the historical enlightenment of the past for the new era with social governance.
