摘要
校园无障碍环境是融合教育高质量发展的重要基础,如何使残障学生平等、充分地参与到教育现代化进程中,让残疾人高等教育障碍从有到无成为融合教育发展的重点内容。研究者对普通高校无障碍环境建设的价值功能进行深入调查,引入并分析残疾人校园环境的障碍及其根源。针对短板问题,全方位覆盖“两大保障体系”“、三大活跃主体”“、四大校园环境”和“五大阵地领域”,积极探索出适宜残障学生无障碍教育氛围的建构路径,以期望为具有中国特色的无障碍环境的形成与塑造提供理论与实践参考。
The barrier-free environment on campus is an important foundation for the high-quality development of inclusive education.How to make disabled students participate equally and fully in the process of educational modernization,and higher education obstacles for disabled people become the key content of the development of inclusive education.The researchers conducted an in-depth investigation of the value function of barrier-free environment construction in ordinary colleges and universities,and introduced and analyzed the barriers and root causes of the disabled campus environment.In response to the shortcomings of the board,it comprehensively covers"two security systems","three active subjects","four campus environments"and"five frontal areas",and actively explores the construction path suitable for students with disabilities.It is expected to provide theoretical and practical reference for the formation and shaping of barrier-free environment with Chinese characteristics.
