摘要
对改革开放以来的群团组织研究状况进行回顾和反思,能够为群团组织改革的深入提供智力支持,为中国特色社会主义群团发展道路的学理分析提供依据。国内的群团组织研究经历了聚焦群团地位和定位的研究起始阶段、实践经验与理论阐释呼唤群团改革创新的稳步拓展阶段、多视角聚焦加强和改进党的群团工作阶段;而国外对我国群团组织的研究则经历了将群团组织视为中国政权建设要素到视为中国党政机构组成部分来分析其功能表现的变化。既有的多视角研究涵盖了群团的历史作用、发展历程、功能的实现、群团组织自身的改革探索等方面,未来还需要在对群团组织进行分类的基础上,把群团组织嵌入中国特色社会主义发展宏观进程中,加强对党的群团工作的历史逻辑和群团改革战略逻辑的研究,从跨学科角度对群团改革中的治理结构调整和行为变迁进行整合研究,进而形成对中国特色社会主义群团发展道路的理论阐释。
To review literature on Mass Organizations(MOs)is to offer intellectural support to the MOs reform and theoretical explanation to the MOs development path with Chinese characteristics.Domestic research has shown three periods of research which are the beginning period of focusing on the status and position of MOs,the stable extending period calling for innovative reform and based on practice and theoretical exploration,and the multiple-perspective period focusing on the strengthening of Party’s MOs work.While overseas literature shows the shifting of perspective from regarding MOs as pillar of China’s regime to focusing on MOs functions regarding MOs as part of China’s State organization.The existed literature has covered the history,function and organizational reform of MOs,however,further research needs to focus on the historical logic of the Party’s MOs work and strategic logic of MOs reform,and integrated interdisciplinary studies on the adjustment of MOs governance structure and the change of MOs’s behavior patterns based on the classification of MOs,and therefore to form theoretical interpretation of MOs as linkage between state and society in China in the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
