摘要
本文报道用Lee等从HLA分型结果估计父子关系指数的方法,对一个案例进行了分析。
HLA system is highly polymorphic,so it is more informative than most othersystems in testing the paternity.We have calculated the chances of exclusion for eachof the HLA antigens determined in our laboratory.The exclusion chance for HLA-Aantigen is 41.85%,and for HLA-B antigen 60.27%.The total chance of exclusion ofthe HLA-A,B antigens is 77%.We recommend the Lee’s method to estimate thepaternity index from HLA typing.
